On The Level is an alternative management agency and independent record label based in Brussels.

We care about good songs.

We work with singular, song-driven artists and help them build careers on their own terms. No rush, no fixed trajectory. We believe artists need time to develop, experiment and make records that last.

We're here for the long run.
